Referrals in Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire are currently on a pause.
As an organisation we are currently supporting 488 people across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
There are currently 328 referrals waiting to be allocated to a Family Wraparound Co-ordinator.
In 2024 Great Minds Together raised and invested a total of £1.4 million pounds to ensure the support from our Outreach service remains free of charge to families, enabling us to facilitate much needed support to more than 2000 families.
We are currently in conversations with a number of Stakeholders in order to increase the funding allocation so that we can facilitate the growing number of referrals on a match funded basis.
You may still complete the referral form and you will be added to our waiting list. This will be regularly reviewed throughout the year, please check back on this page for updates.
If you are a Local Authority who have families you wish to prioritise, you can access our commissioned Outreach or Intensive Support team offers by contacting commissioning@gmt.team and someone will be in touch to discuss the bespoke options with you.
Whilst we work hard to support those families on our waiting list as quickly as possible, we invite parents/carers to explore some of our other support while you wait, please see links below for our community groups, 1-2-1 sessions and coffee mornings. Please check back regularly for updated sessions.
